When you send a request.
Forms collect the name, email, business name, and information you choose to submit. If you share a sales assessment, the request also includes your answers and score. A worksheet request records which resource you requested. We use those details to review and respond to your inquiry.
A request can also include its page and available campaign or referral information so we can understand which resource or link led to it. Our hosting provider stores submitted requests; access to the lead inbox is restricted to the site owner.
Your assessment answers.
You can see and download your assessment result without providing contact information. The answers remain in the current page unless you choose to share them through the form.
Optional resource updates.
The updates checkbox is optional and records your preference separately from the inquiry. If you choose updates, Callon may use your email for practical sales and growth resources. You can withdraw that preference by contacting Kara. Requesting a reply does not automatically subscribe you to updates.
Optional site analytics.
With your permission, this site records page visits and actions such as booking-link clicks, assessment completion, resource downloads, and form activity. These records contain page paths, action labels, and available campaign tags. They do not contain names, email addresses, message content, assessment answers, or session recordings. Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days and cleared as the site receives new activity.
Your analytics preference is stored on your device. When analytics are allowed, referral and campaign context may also be kept in this tab’s session to connect a submitted request with its starting page. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change the setting. Global Privacy Control or a browser Do Not Track preference defaults this site to essential use.
The site also uses temporary abuse-prevention counters to limit automated submissions. Raw network addresses are not stored in the lead or analytics tables. Changing analytics preferences does not remove a request you already chose to send.
Booking and email.
The booking link opens Microsoft’s booking service. Information you provide there is handled through that service. Email links open your email app. These services have their own privacy practices.
Retention and requests.
We keep inquiry information while it is relevant to the request and business relationship. Contact Kara@CallonExpansion.com to ask about your submitted information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your preference for updates.
